Review by gmangil on 2007-02-16
KAUNEONGA LAKE, NEW YORK -- This company will call and try to sell you products over the phone. Whether you want them or not they will send them too you and when you try and return them they wont take them back but instead try and send you to a website for product exchange. I got product I told them I did not want, and a bill to follow

Owners Response:

If you want a copy of this persons email send me a request. I will send it to you. This person is out of his mind and very unprofessional.

We've been in business for 30 years and could not be if we were scammers.

To set the record straight we do not ask for any money ever from applicants applying for the job.
We are offering a job to persons who can not find one due to the "down economy". Thats the only phrase in this persons statement that is true.

Since I do not know who this person is the response is limited to the actuality or validity of this wrongful accusation.

I do feel sorry for him though.

Company Response on 02/27/2009:
Here is a follow up email we received from this person:

Owners response:

I am sure the persons own actions speak more volumes then actions.

You can't help feeling sorry for him.

From Federal Trade Commission web site: Federal law prohibits companies from mailing unordered merchandise to consumers and then demanding payment. In a new brochure entitled "Facts for Consumers: UNORDERED MERCHANDISE," the Federal Trade Commission advises consumers on what their
rights are when they receive such merchandise and how they can protect themselves against companies that seek payment for illegally shipped goods.
