Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - Customer service and bait and switch
I recently purchased a notebook computer from hp's online store, I paid for next business day shipping. When i received my pc it was the wrong one, OK igive them the mistake, but here is the good stuff.
I called customer service, told them they sent the wrong Item, they sent me a 2 day label to return it for the correct pc. They then sent me the same wrong pc AGAIN!!!, although they did send it fast (overnight). I called them AGAIN
they insisted they could'nt have made the same mistake twice (WELL, THEY DID). I spoke to a supervisor, after finally being connected with one,they said someone would call back, thats right no one called back. I then called them back, got a different supervisor. They looked up my order number and said we can take care of this now that they had me on the phone,(they had my number to call me but did'nt, even though they needed me on the phone to expedite this) mind you they were supposed to call me in order to complete this but waited for me to call them again and complain.( Im sure you're seeing the patern here) Now they send me a GROUND LABEL to send the second pc back to them while they wont send the third attempt at the correct pc out to me until they receive this second wrong pc back from me. Ground is 1 to 5 days mon. thru fri.
So now i have to wait an additional 5 days ontop of the 4 days of previous attempts to fix this mess they created, for them to send what will hopefully be the correct pc again. Also keep in mind i payed originally for NEXT BUSINESS MORNING. i hope this will give any readers some insight, or forsight, if anyone is thinking of buying from hp's online store.
