Dermacia Complaint - Double ordering rip off

SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA -- I fell for the claims made in the infomercials so i called the toll free number on 12/24/2006 and ordered the least costly "free trial" of the dermacia cosmetics. By January 23,2007 I had not recieved any merchandise, no charges to my bank account no notification that the order was either (A) delayed due to holiday rush, (B) lost or mistyped. when I called to track the progress I was given another 800 number to call customer service. I was on hold for 10 minutes with no HUMAN making an attempt to answer.
Now, one would think that after 30 days and no so much as a postcard or phone call of apology, That the December order never went through for whatever reason. So I went to the website and ordered again. Totally believing this would be the ONE and ONLY order processed. Well call me a fool because the December order tagged on to this one and my account was hit twice causing a catasclismic event of overdrafts, because I had not budgetted the Decemeber order. This I was 155.20 overdrawn. When I contacted the comapny I got a smartass response of "Tough" several phone calls and emails later, I am still unhappy with no Effort made by dermacia to correct the problem to take back both orders that arrived 14 days after the 1/23/07 Is there reourse Do I hae rights?

The faq's page of the website says you can return any un-used portion, less shipping and handling. You better call your credit card company to dispute the double charges before the time limit you can dispute this issue passes.
