Gmc Complaint - How they get away with poor service

I would like to thank gmc for doing the repairs on my truck even a 2 year could have done a better job. Got my right fender replaced after a accident to find out that the part i was told that only gm parts were used were out by 2 inches took it back to the dealer he said he fixed the problem by letting out the good side by 2 inches called him again to tell him this was not working for me and to fix it properly he told me there was nothing else he could do.So i decided to call gmc head office to be told they have no control over the dealerships and they can do what they want and i also complaind to them about all the rust on my truck they said they would get back to me its been two years now that should had given them enought time but no one has gotten back to me can you smart fellows tell me why people are buying toyota and why you still insist sending me your properganda on buying a new gmc.First lets start with sorry.
