Blair.com Complaint - 99c special didnt exist, company wont fix - 99c shipping special, haha
99c shipping special, haha - Complaint
What convinced me to go ahead and place an order with BLAIR.COM was their very clearly advertised "99c special shipping per item". So I went ahead and placed an order. Filled out the minutiae on the form(s) proceeded to checkout, one button press left and the shipping was $6. (I had ordered 2 (two) items). Cancelled the whole order and sent email to Blair.com. "you have lost a customer and are dishonest in your advertising a $1.99 per item shipping special". I did get a response from Blair.com. They said if I had made that last key press I would've gotten the lower shipping rate. (BS). No they did NOT offer a guarantee or a coupon code or anything to convince me of their integrity. I sent them one more last "sorry charlie" email and have refused to deal anymore with them.

I get emails from Blair occasionally. If you read the '$.99 shipping' email, you'll find that not ALL items available are eligible for the cut rate shipping. Gotta read everything before you make these complaints!

Blair.com is a very trustable company. I'm ordering from their site for several years already and their service is perfect. Their recent .99c special was real, I odered during posted days and got this price. You really had to go all the way, because this discount you were supposed to get automatically at the end, as they said, with the last key. You should READ instructions attentively and check before accusing. Well, try to learn from experience.
