SunRocket Complaint - Number transfer
I signed up for Sunrocket service in January 2006, and today it is February 2007. I only hooked up my Gismo last month. I have been waiting for Sunrocket to transfer my number for a year. I know, I know, I am an idiot. In my defence I have retained the emails sent to them asking for help. All throughout the year the email exchange goes like this, I email Sunrocket member services, they email back saying provisioning has the order and will get back to me. I wait the 1-2 weeks, and then they email me that there is something wrong with the transfer. I faxed them 11 times the information they requested. I have spoken with customer service many more times. They even canceled my transfer request, and I had to start it over again.
Anyway, as of today Sunrocket has told me that they do not give credits of any kind and that I am out of luck. A supervisor, who refused to give me her name, hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. I really think people should pause before signing up with them if you need to retain your number.
So, overall I am out $208.00. Alas, you live and learn.
