Time Warner Complaint - Dont bother calling- just cancel your subscription-
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- Let me first say lol- Im not crazy, Im not a whiner, Im not a person who asks for much, so Im not one of those snobby folks that get one bad experience on one customer rep. and go calling to the president lol- However- I can not STAND this provider.
I called them one day after they disconnected my phone with no warning right? So I call them...at this 24/7 customer service line...Well, 2 hours- 2 HOURS and no answer! :) None-
call them back- after I wasted more time, I called them back, and nothing! I could not even pay for my bill- so I dont stay no where Im not wanted lol- Called for many of times, and still no answer, and I've been told by many that the cable resolution is very bad- so I've left TW and went to Verizon.
