FTD Complaint - Customer Service
SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered flowers from FTD online, which I have done many times before. They arrived (via Fed X) with a broken vase and broken roses. These things happen.
I tried to call FTD for three days and got no further than a busy signal when I was transferred to customer service. I then filled out the online complaint form and heard nothing back.
This is probably the worst service I have ever received from a major company. Obviously, I have cancelled my account and will never use them again.
