Voicepulse Complaint - Voicepulse is Horrible

NORTH BRUNSWICK, NEW JERSEY -- Voicepulse has horrible customer service. You can never get in touch with anyone to help you.

And good luck cancelling. If you can't find the exact box, packaging and documentation that your unit came in and do not double-box the unit to ship it back they will hit you with a $39.99 cancellation fee, even though you returned the unit in working condition. Give me a break. Who keeps boxes for 2 years?

Check out their Better Business Bureau website too. That will tell you about their focus on customer service.

VoicePulse is always "working" on the problem, but never arrives at a solution.

VoicePulse has added ZERO features in the last three years.

VoicePulse is better than Vonage, but so is a kick in the face.


VoicePulse PBX has potential if you're running PBX in a Flash (orgasmatron)

ViaTalk costs less than VoicePulse.
ViaTalk has more features than VoicePulse.
ViaTalk is more reliable than VoicePulse.
