Voicepulse Complaint - Voicepulse is Horrible
NORTH BRUNSWICK, NEW JERSEY -- Voicepulse has horrible customer service. You can never get in touch with anyone to help you.
And good luck cancelling. If you can't find the exact box, packaging and documentation that your unit came in and do not double-box the unit to ship it back they will hit you with a $39.99 cancellation fee, even though you returned the unit in working condition. Give me a break. Who keeps boxes for 2 years?
