Dragonfly Products Complaint - Poor Customer Service
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA -- I placed an order for a Summit Viper Ultra Treestand on this company's website, www.dragonflyproducts.com. After not receiving any type of shipping notification, I sent them an e-mail requesting the shipment date. This is when I noticed that they did not have a customer service contact telephone number listed on their website, nor did they have a physical address listed. They only had a PO Box listed and an e-mail address, customerservice @dragonflyproducts.com to contact customer service.
I sent an e-mail to the address and never received a response. So, I sent a second e-mail response letting them know that I thought it was strange that they did not reply to my e-mail regarding the shipment date of my order and that I was worried because I had already given them my credit card information. Something did not seem right because of the PO Box address and no telephone contact number was listed on their web site. I e-mailed them to let them know that if I did not get a response from them today, that I was contacting my credit card company to cancel authorization. Well they responded to my e-mail by simply stating "order cancelled". After letting them know that this was ordered as a birthday gift for my son, which was why I needed to know when it was being shipped in the first place, they send me an e-mail simply stating "order cancelled". What kind of crap is that? Please don't make the mistake I did because I have a feeling that this is not a legitimate business and if it is, they do not know the meaning of customer service or customer satisfaction. BEWARE!!
