BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- I recently ordered a lamp from Homeannex.com. The said it was in stock and immediately charged my credit card. 30 days later they said it would be another 2 to 3 weeks. I cancelled my order, they refused to credit my account. I had to file a complaint with Visa dispute services to finally get a refund 7 weeks later. Their customer service is a joke. You are on hold forever, you are cut off, timed out, and hung up on. They are the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Check out their rating and complaints on epinions.com. Everyone says the same thing about them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HOMEANNEX.COM !!
