Ultimate Shopping Network Informative - Since July 2006 -- Still No Refund
I purchased a ring with my credit card June 2005. Received a return confirmation from Ultimate Shopping Network, and "STILL NO REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD." This company was on a public television network, should have been bonded, insured and legitimate, and have done nothing but "ROBBED" our bank accounts, by our credit card information. There should be charges filed against them and they have to spend time in the penetentry for this crime against us and all our money (in addition to the interest we all have had to pay, and some of us still paying), plus the time and aggrivation of this "CRIME." Have left numerious messages at the Corporate office of ULTIMATE SHOPPING NETWORK @ 310-229-2299 AND @ 800-263-5838 since July 2006 to return my call and refund my credit card account, with NO RESPONSE FROM THEM, in addition to numerous request for refund and always am told "promise will receive full refund within 14 to 20 WORKING DAYS. Nothing but lies. Count me in on any lawsuit against these "CRIMINALS." They must not be able to get away with this and they must pay. You can contact me concerning this matter of prosacuation. I'm at my breaking point with "ULTIMATE SHOPPING NETWORK"

You are long past doing the right channels thing. Simply contact your credit card company and dispute the charge as item never received. Include a copy of your complaint here with the dispute form.

slimjim hi.........I have to say the word used *simply* does not work with this company. I have given my credit card company everything I have but was out of time due to being strung along way to long. They are clever, rude, ignorant, thieves, its fraud and guess what? nobody wants to know so hey ho on they go.
