Safety In The Market Complaint - Bad News Business Be Afraid

I recently attended an information night for Saftey in the market or SITM as they are known that was very well presented and then signed up for the $3995.00 kit that was going to help. It also included online assistance 24/7 well day 1 after receiving the kit i had some issues so called the online help number to be told that someone would call back in 2 hours, i waited 2 days then called them back and requested information i was waiting for , i was given it after a long wait on hold. Then i was informed that i should have had the information in a welcome pack that no one had received on the night as they took our money gave us the kit and said just wait a minute well the minute became an hour and when i asked why we were still waiting i was told you can go there is no need to wait you have you pack. After all my experiences with the company i received a call informing me that someone would be ringing me again in a few hours to assist in the strategy planning after a week i sent an email and informed them i was no longer interested in their program and would be returning the pack for a refund. I was told to return it to a training day so i went early and was made to wait until everyone had registered and gone in for training before they would take the kit and hand me a receipt for same which states it will be atleast 30 days for the refund? when i queried that i was informed they have to resell the pack before i get a refund at which time i informed them that it took less than 12 hours to withdraw the money i will be expecting it back sooner than 30 days. well now more than a week later and i get no replies to emails sent via their web page contact us link and no return on calls made so be very scared of this group is my suggestion.

I hope you used a credit card for this. Dispute the charge with them NOW. Do not wait. A lot of companies will try to put you off until the 60 day time limit for a dispute has expired. Don't let this happen to you.
