TV Marketplace Complaint - Incorrect item sent-can't contact company
I ordered a Hair Styling Stand on 1/5/07 and was also offered the Auto Air Cooler for $9.95 which I ordered. I received the Auto Air Cooler on 1/30 but still no word on the Hair Styling Stand so I called 10 different times and got the same message "The Mail box is full and is not accepting any new messages". I then sent an email and got We do apologize for the slow response to your e-mails. We just have been swamped with phone calls and e-mails and are having a hard time getting back to everyone in a timely fashion. We are working on this problem and it should be resolved soon. If our phone numbers say anything about a voicemail it just means that all the lines are busy. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
