TV Marketplace Complaint - Incorrect item sent-can't contact company

I ordered a Hair Styling Stand on 1/5/07 and was also offered the Auto Air Cooler for $9.95 which I ordered. I received the Auto Air Cooler on 1/30 but still no word on the Hair Styling Stand so I called 10 different times and got the same message "The Mail box is full and is not accepting any new messages". I then sent an email and got We do apologize for the slow response to your e-mails. We just have been swamped with phone calls and e-mails and are having a hard time getting back to everyone in a timely fashion. We are working on this problem and it should be resolved soon. If our phone numbers say anything about a voicemail it just means that all the lines are busy. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Do they have a website?? When I try to look them up, a bunch of TV Market places pop up.

My advice to you is not to order anything from this company. Since posting the review I have called them 3 times everyday and still receive the same message "The voicemail is full and is not accepting any messages". I haved sent numerous emails and still no reply.

Try to dispute it with your credit card's dispute department. After all, you never received the merchandise, why should you be billed for it. Good luck.

Thanks for the #'s, I didn't have them but I sure will give them a try. I am going to use the credit card to dispute but I thought I would try getting in touch with them before going to the credit card company.

They sent your HAIR MADE to me instead of the TRUE CERAMIC PRO that I ordered. I don't think humans run the company--could be sheep or monkeys.
