Spirit Airlines Complaint - 5 hour delay and lack of information

I actually made it to ATL at 4:30am Monday Morning. Passengers were not kept informed, no food or drink was provided, no vouchers or compensation was allowed. A supervisor named "John" indicated $100.00 credits would be issued, however this did not occur. He refused to provide his last name andn when another passenger used a picture phone to take a photo of him Airport Police were called.
I am a frequent flyer on Delta and Airtran, but thought I would try something new. Now I know how those poor folks on Jet Blue were treated. This was witout a doubt the most pathetic, mismanaged flight delay I have ever seen. We were in Tampa Fla, and the plane we were waiting for was in Ft Lauderdale (no mechanical problems) were ever reported.
They also do not answer the phone at the customer service number, nor do they provide a link on their web site.
