Roni Lynn Deutch Informative - Terrible Business Practices

Review by PHATBOY on 2007-02-27
SAN FRANSICO, CALIFORNIA -- I spent over three years waiting for tax help only to be dropped after i began to question why i had to send duplicate copies of every document, they continously lost or misplaced documents.

Too many people handling important papers, well over 20 people in three years and most quit or left, now i am back to square one after three years and more taxes. Completely unprofessional

I recommend using TurboTax software or using it from online. It costs $29.95 to send it electronically if you are so inclined to spend the money. I used it again this year, and I got more money than I thought would be getting. And to top it off, I've already gotten my refund.

I use TaxAct.com. Been doing my taxes online for years now. I works great...and is very easy. Plus they remember everything from years past, so it makes the process very quick.

I may be mistaken because I really haven't listened to her TV commercials that intently, but I believe Roni Deutch is an attorney/firm who tries to solve tax problems. Such as, no filing for a while, owing back taxes, etc. Would TurboTax or TaxAct handle cases like this? Going by the comment of 'i am back to square one after three years and more taxes.', I believe this may be it.

Well Phatboy I second your emotions I could have written your letter, the same happened to me.
However I would add that they were so nice and puffed a lot until I paid off the required fee, then
the snotty attitude, then every time we received a request for additional information with a suspense date the letter always arrived after the actual deadline.
