Shop NBC, Twinhead computer Complaint - Crashed; company did not support

KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI -- I paid $1699 for a laptop and 189.96 for an extended warranty. When the laptop crashed, I spent hours on the phone trying to get some help. On the second day, I finally found someone to tell me the procedure for sending the laptop in for repair under the warranty. Today, it came back but will not work.
They replaced the hard drive but took out the operating system. When I bought the computer, they said "it's all in there". Well, it's not "all in there". The only recovery disk I have is the one I made which does not work. So now I have a $2000 piece of junk. And the wisdom not to do business with Shop NBC or Twinhead again. If you're going to buy a laptop, go with Dell, IBM, Apple, Toshiba or HP. I had good support from all of these companies. Shop NBC may seem convenient but you will waste days of your life trying to get someone to help you when the product malfunctions. Twinhead/Durabook laptops are junk. Don't let them take your money and waste your time.

When the laptop came back dead did you contact Twinhead about it?

Shop NBC can't be held responsible for the poor support you got from Twinhead.
