Denny hecker stillwater Complaint - Rude phone manners - support staff customer service

Review by kanday on 2007-02-27
STILLWATER, MINNESOTA -- I am sorry to say but a couple receptionists along with the title clerk have very rude phone etiquette? One of the receptionists has on 3 occasions transferred me while I was in the middle of asking a question, without letting me know. Then for the past week I have been leaving the title clerk messages to call me back about plates (my 21day permit expired), and she never called me back. I called today (and the receptionist transferred me mid-conversation), while I was telling her I have not gotten a call back in a week, the title clerk answers with a loud and rude "HELLO?!" They both need some customer service training. Maybe a polite"would you like me to transfer you?" would be nice and a "hello this is ---".

Don't you wonder where they hire these people from and how they stay in business, customer service is so important these days and I think alot of these people need training to learn how to speak to customers.
