Complaint - Diet pills

Review by browncookie on 2007-02-27
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- I responded to an e-mail for free diet pills in December - for cost of shipping and handling. However, when I received the pills, I couldn't take them - full of caffeine. About a month later, they sent me 4 more bottles. I stuck the bottle they sent me in with the others and returned all of them. Today (2/27/07) I was looking at my accounts and found out this company charged my account $149.95 back on December 19, 2006!

Got to be careful when you see those offers for free pills or whatever. When you sign up you have to use a credit card to pay for the shipping but at the same time you are agreeing to accept monthly shipments unless you cancel within a certain time. If you take a look at their web page you will notice they even tell you that. But usually it's hard to find on the customer agreement.
