Franklin Covey Complaint - Request for refund
BOERNE, TEXAS -- As a honest consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.

I have written many letters to Money and Franklin Covey requesting a refund of $1995, which I have paid for Money Personal Finance Coaching System.
Your sales representatives and your Quality Assurance and Compliance personnel have assured me that I am entitled to a refund if I am not convinced that your program gave me a real return.
I am very dissatisfied with the program an have requested the refund at least three times. The last request was to Robert A. Whitman, CEO/ Chairman of Franklin Covey on February 25, 2002.
Your assistance in securing my refund will be most appreciated. Please send it to the address below within 10 business days.
Letter written to VP - Money Magazine who first contacted me about this service. I have been in contact with Franklin Covey who owes the refund several times. I can provide much documentation and will if I receive a request for same.
As a resolution, I would like the following:
Please mail me a refund check.
