Spot98.Net Complaint - Customer Service - Iron On Letters/Decals

I found what I thought was a great website, www.spot98.net. However I had some questions and needed help ordering my custom iron-on decals for a school function, I tried to get help by email and then by printing out their fax order form and faxing it over w/my questions and asked to be contacted. They list no phone number besides to their 'resale store' and its just an answering machine. Anyway the reply I got to my request was extremely rude - I put all my contact info on the fax'd form and here is the reply I rec'd:
: YOU NEED TO PAY - NO PAY NO SHIP NOTHING - COMPRENDE ?

Needless to say, I found a local store that was able to help me.

It's good you found out what kind of service they give BEFORE spending your money.

I agree with chuck. Glad they didn't get any money from you. You should write back and say, "I found a company that would actually answer questions. I PAID them for their product. Comprende?"
