AMG, Inc Complaint - Rude to customers & lake of delivery info

FLORIDA -- I placed an order for some truck lighting on the 1/10/07 it was a week later I had to E-mail the Co. for status of the order. Two days later they e-mailed me & said the order was shipped via FedEx ground. Another week went by & I still have not received the order. I called 3 times to get a tracking # and status of the order finely they told me it was backed ordered and it would go out in a few days. Two days went by & I revived an e-mild that the order was shipped via USPS & that there is no tracking # avabale. So now another week went by and no package. I called the Co. again and they said I would receive it with in 24hs. I said I just wanted to cancel the order and he was very rude to me & told me not to get upset that life was to short. Please do not order from this Co. It will just be a big mistake

So, were you able to cancel and get your money back? I sure hope so.
