USPS Complaint - Missing Mail!
FAYETTEVILLE, GEORGIA -- Oh, my. I need some suggestions. I consistently am missing bills, and other important mailings. I have a magazine subscription from which I am supposed to receive two issues a week; and I've yet to see ONE issue for the past two weeks. We moved to our current home almost a year ago, and at first, I thought it was problems from the senders. But after realizing the cable company, power company, credit card company, and two magazine publishers are probably not all plotting against me and refusing to send me things repeatedly, I can only assume it's my trusty postman. Granted, I live in an apartment with those little lock mailboxes, so I can understand if things get mixed up every now and then. But literally, I'm missing at least one bill every month, and at least one magazine, and getting at least two other people's personal mail. I have complained to my local postmaster in writing, and they don't seem to care. But my frustration level has reached an all-time high. Luckily, the bills aren't THAT important, because I pay them online anyways. But I still like getting the paper statements in the mail to peruse. And how about paying $100 for a magazine subscription and only receiving about 1/3 of them! I don't know who else I can complain to, because my local post office has yet to correct the problem.
