Avon Products Complaint - Purchase form Avon at your own risk
NYC, NEW YORK -- I ordered a number of products for my daughter on February 11. I charged teh items to my credit card, but I never received a confirmation and therefore, never had an order number. This was my first (and last) experience with Avon, so I assumed they did not email confirmations. After nearly two weeks, the items had not arrived, so I emailed customer servie. The never replied. I then tried to call, but I could not access customer service without an order number, which I never received. So, A week later, I emailed again. Still no response. I then called the corporate number and the person who answered sounded as though she just woke up. She transferred me to a voice mail box and I left a message. Several hours later I still receievd no response. So, I called again. The woman who answered, named \"Leslie\" was exceptioanlly rude and made it very clear she did not care about my problem and that it was normal for people to to return calls promptly because they are \"too busy\". At that point, I called the card company and cancelled the entire order and had it removed from my account. Needless to say, I will never, ever use Avon again and I will never purchase stock in the worthless, arrogant company.
