USA Meds Complaint - Did not receive what I paid for

CANADA -- On 1/31/07 I place on order on USA meds web site, the money ($118) what was taken out of my bank account 2 days later, according to my account with USA meds the product was shipped on 2/1/07 and today is 3/2/07 and I still have not received what I paid for. I have made attempts to make contact with this comapny but I keep getting the run around about what ever. I have even questioned if I would be compenstated for paying for something but not receiving it, but I have not gotten a response to that question. I feel this company is doing an injustice to the consumers. Also they did not provide a means to track the shipment. WARNING DO NOT USE OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR ITS WEB SITE. By the way the name of this company is deceiving; it is actually located in Canada and the billing is done in South America or somewhere foreign.

Maybe she should dispute the charges with her credit card company ,unless, of course, she used her debit card.

My bank allows disputes with debit card use.

I thought most banks viewd debit charges as cash transactions so I was not aware the withdrawal could be disputed.
