Sharper Image Complaint - poor service/poor product
BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA -- SHARPER IMAGE has totally ignored my repeated email inquiries as to (i)how to obtain repair of the 2 defective IONIC BREEZE air purifiers I purchased from them, and (ii) what my warranty rights are with respect to these units.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want (i) information as to how to obtain repair of the defective units, and (ii) a fair determination of what my warranty rights are with respect thereto.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
