SHARP Complaint - Warranty Service

After purchasing a SHARP wrist watch with a limited lifetime warranty, the sweep hand, obviously broken, would simply rotate at will by gravity. Per directions in warranty booklet, the unit and check for 6.95 to cover shipping & handling was sent to proper address for either repair or replecment (SHARP's choice). US post returned unit with label affixed 'SI service center PO box closed with no forwarding address available'. Then sent SHARP an email with the repsonse of 'SHARP electronics does not cover these units'.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

Simply would like my watch replaced or repaired as per the SHARP warranty.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
