Dish Network Complaint - Dish Network Over Charges

KINGMAN, KANSAS -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
Dish network is currently over charging me after calling to complain or having it corrected. A supervisor told me the system would correct it in 3 months and then thy would credit me back the over charge if they are allowed to continue this time 1 million customers it inflates profits 100 millions of dollars at there discretion this practice is unconsianable it needs to be stopped here and now.
As a resolution, I would like the following:
review this company billing practices don't allow them to overcharge consumers fine them to take customers overpayment the intrest alone eqwaits to millons of dollars fine them a large amount to sercumvent them from unfairly getting richer fron the intrest accumulated. make the fines be greater than the intrest accumulated so this is no longer a profitable practice.
