Pulsetv.com Complaint - bait and switch advertisement

SALIDA, COLORADO -- I made a purchase from Pulsetv.com based on the information contained in an email advertisement I received from them. The product I received was not what they advertised! When I contacted the company they said what I received is what they sell, that I could return the product but would lose my shipping and handling costs they charged me. I would accept this IF the product was as advertised and I was simply unhappy. But since what they sent is not what they advertised, they are at fault and should eat all costs including my cost to return the product.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Receive a full refund from pulsetv.com plus be reimbursed for my cost of returning the product(s).
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
