Total Gym Complaint - Long Back Orders - exercise equipment

I ordered a replacement pulley line assembly at the beginning of December 0/06. It was back ordered and I didn't receive it until the end of February 0/07. That's three months of missed work outs.

Way to stock your parts total gym. That's great customer service.Please tell Chuck Norris that I am very dissatisfied with his associates.
