Citi Financial Auto Complaint - They're Harassing Again!

Review by msbubbles on 2007-03-06
SF BAY AREA, CALIFORNIA -- I'm assuming my uncle owes Citi Financial Auto money, but he doesn't live with us. He stayed at our house for 4 months, and now we've moved. He's on his own now. I called today super pissed because I'm so sick of them. They called today twice in 2 hours. It's ridiculous. If I give them his address will they take his car and stop calling? The jerk deserves it.

Or you could tell your local phone company about calls to your number for someone who doesn't live there. That of course depends on how much you like your uncle.

However, I would hope that giving them his address and the phone number they might stop calling you.

Hey, at least the person you are getting calls for lived with you. I'm getting them for my former neighbor who has naver even set foot in my house. I would tell them what you know, you don't deserve to be harrassed because of someone else's financial issues.

If you send a letter, in other words put it in writing, then by law they have to STOP calling you.

Yes give him his new address and phone numbers and request the calls to stop. And all will be well again :)
