T-Mobile Complaint - Customer service gone bad.
I have been a customer for three years.and I use my phones for buisness. The service started to get bad on my phones,customers would call and it would say at the customers request the customer you have called is not accepting incoming calls at this time although my bill is paid a real customer turn off. I was told if I signed a two year contract I would recieve two free phones that would fix the problems.I recieved two phones charged for one I had to fuss and fight to get it removed.Then I still had problems they told me it was my old sim card they sent me a new one they said at no cost I get my bill I am charged.I just want to get out of my contract I am told by Ryan rep id 0732830 I have to pay $200.00 or I will be sent to collections and sued. Man is this hard to deal with 2 years of bad service.
