Symantic Complaint - Symantic Customer Service
I purchased Norton Internet Security and it worked fine during the first year. When I tried to renew on line, it would not recognize my browser (Firefox), even though it had been working just fine with it until then. After numerous hours on the phone with customer service (in India, I think) it could not be resolved and they would not issue a credit for the purchase of the renewal. I will never use Norton products again.
