Symantic Complaint - Symantic Customer Service

I purchased Norton Internet Security and it worked fine during the first year. When I tried to renew on line, it would not recognize my browser (Firefox), even though it had been working just fine with it up until then. After numerous hours on the phone with customer service (in India, I think) it could not be resolved and they would not issue a credit for the purchase of the renewal. I will never use Norton products again.

I use FireFox almost exclusively and I just went to Norton web site where I had no trouble accessing the updates pages.

Make sure your version of FF is the most current and check to see that cookies from Norton are being accepted.
