At best, this company has lousy customer service.

Basically, I purchased PhotoRecovery online with the expectation of receiving it within the hour. I didn't receive it. I had to buy a similar package from another company. They delivered within 15 minutes. When I tried to contact Ondata to cancel my order, they sent the link to download TWO DAYS LATER.

They won't accept the return despite my proof that I purchased other software.

Basically these guys couldn't send a link to a paying customer in a descent amount of time, yet are refusing to return my money. My mistake was not emailing them to cancel immediately, but I hadn't received any type of correspondence from them until it was too late. They are implying that I am trying to keep their software. I do not have their software, I did not use their link, and they have a record of that. They provided a late delivery and are trying to keep my money. I don’t care so much about losing 50 bucks, but I don’t like being robbed.

They are inept with their delivery process and their customer service is dishonest and out to hold your money at all costs. Stay away from this money trap. There are better data and photo recovery companies out there that will deliver in a timely matter

Really, if you don't care about losing the $50 why are you complaining? Seriously you need to dispute the charge with your credit card company.
