Disney Mobile - Owned by Sprint Informative - Disney Mobile = Bad consumer experience

TUJUNGA, CALIFORNIA -- Purchased cell phones from Disney Mobile. Returned within within their 30 day money back guarantee period because one of the phones didn't work. Six months later I am still receiving and fighting with them about hundreds of dollars of bills received including, but not limited to early disconnect fees. I call them every 30 days to correct and now they are trying to send me to collections! One of the Representatives even had me in tears!! I have documented over and over again that the phones were returned and the only answer I ever get is, "we have to investigate."
