VISIONEER SCANNER Complaint - BAD SERVICE AND PRODUCT

BOONEVILLE, MISSISSIPPI -- HAD 2 BAD [NEW] 7700USB SCANNERS, ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT MODEL FOR THE THIRD ONE, ALSO ASKED A REFUND OF ABOUT $40.00 IN PHONE CALLS GENERATED BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS THAT VISIONEER WAS AWARE OF IN THIS MODEL SCANNER, THEY WOULDN'T STAY CONNECTED, THE SECOND ONE SENT ME WAS SO NOISY IT SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS TEARING UP WHEN IN USE, I CALLED AND LET THE TECH HEAR THE MACHINE WORKING, THEN ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT MODEL, I WAS TOLD THAT CORP. HQ WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT COULD OK THE CHANGE IN MODELS, I SENT THE CEO 2 REGISTERED LETTERS AND HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE.[OVER A MONTH AGO ON THE MODEL CHANGE, THEY DID REFUSE THE REFUND ON PHONE CALLS]
I ASKED FOR ANOTHER MODEL OR A REFUND SO I COULD GO AND BUY ANOTHER SCANNER.
AS OF THIS DATE I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED!!!!!
IF YOU BUY FROM VISIONEER THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT!!!!! '"LET THE BUYER BEWARE"
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

REFUND THE PHONE CHARGES
REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF SCANNER
OR SEND A DIFFERENT MODEL!!!!!!!!!!!

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
