Sprint-Nextel Complaint - Poor Service and products

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I have been with Nextel for at about seven years. Recently they have become Sprint-Nextel.
I have purchased about 6 of their upper line phones during this time. At this time I own three phones and two of them are broken.

Every single phone that I have purchased stopped working properly with in a year or so. Everytime I called their customer service I was unable to get these phones repaired or replaced. And the people they have are a joke. They sounded like uneducated people that just wanted to argue or keep me from getting to anyone that cares at all about good customer service. They are down right rude. I can not imagine how they stay in buisness with having so many bad customer service representatives.

I have alot of friends with verizon, t-moble and they say that the service with these companies is fantastic.

Anyone reading this review I would strongly encourage you to DO NOT USE SPRINT- NEXTEL!!!

Along with the this letter to Sprint/Nextel, you should be addressing a letter to the manufactures of the phones. S/N has no responsibility to the phones since they didn't make the phones. You can send the phones into the man and they can repair them, just as long as there is no physical or liquid damage, and they are still under there original 1 year limited warranty, or you will have to pay for them to be repaired.

Agreed. I had a Samsung phone that broke. I called Sprint who would have gladly sold me a new phone. So I contacted Samsung and they told me there was a known issue with the model I had and they sent me a replacement at no cost. I had that phone for ten years. I have only had two phones from Sprint and no issues. I just ordered a new EVO Shift and hopefully it will be just as good as the other two.
