WINCHESTER, TENNESSEE -- HI!
My name is Sandy J. I was reading online of all of the people on here who was taken by the Ultimate Shopping center. I also ordered earrings, for the amount of $500.00 and never received them, nor did I get a refund. Please If anyone is going to file a class action law suit against this company, I would like to be advised.
I would like to take part in it along with the rest of you.

Its funny that the company is so quick to charge your credit card but too slow to give you credit back.

If you used a credit card and it has been less that 60 days file a dispute with the card company. Forget a class action law suit. They only make attorneys rich. About all you would get from that would be a happy meal from McDonald's.

Why not get a lawyer and start the class action lawsuit yourself?

Ordinary citizens that file class action lawsuits against the company are not after the money. They want to set an example to the company and to other corps that stealing from their customers will not be tolerated.

If this is any help to you, I just heard from the California Attorney General and they told me they can do nothing about my loss because USN is out of business. They suggested I get my own attorney. I was lucky, I had my money, almost $3000.00 credited back to my acct., I caught on that I was being scammed early enough, please do the same if it is not too late for you. Getting a private attorney would have been out of the question for me, that would cost me more then my loss, plus, if USN filed bankrupsy, which I'm guessing they did, whats the use?
