PULSAR Electronics Informative - Extremely Poor TV repair

OMAHA, MONTANTA -- I couldn't be more COMPLETELY dissatisfied with the level of service I received!

The owner/"technician" failed to show up not once, but twice for his appointment, insisted he had to take my 32" TV back to his shop as he couldn't repair then and there but that it would only take "a day or two". Instead, it took TEN DAYS (during which time he never returned my calls to let me know the status of repairs.

When it was FINALLY returned, the picture was WORSE -- BY FAR than before and the bill MORE than the original quote. He hadn't a clue what was wrong with the TV and only made it worse.
