Personal Creations Complaint - Do Not do business with this company
I got a catalog in the mail and thought these cute gifts that can be personalized would be great, thoughtful gifts for family members for Christmas. I ordered several hundred dollars worth of items for about 15 different family members. A few items stated they would take 3-4 weeks and were ordered just after Thanksgiving. The last item was just shipped on February 26th!!! I made several attempts to contact the company by phone, and I waited on hold an average of 10 minutes every time before getting a live person. All but one of my emails were NEVER responded to. The one time they did write back they said they would let me know the status within 3 days and then never followed up. I spoke with Jennifer, a supposed customer service manager, on March 13 because online it showed that last item had still not shipped. She had quite an attitude with me because the item had in fact shipped, but I didn't know until I called. They plan to charge my credit card for that last item and offered no refund. She said it was my responsibility to cancel the order when it was late. Now why would I do that if it's already past Christmas and they tell me it will ship soon? I usually have patience with mistakes, but this is beyond ridiculous when every customer service agent in the company that I reached failed completely to actually provide customer service!! I would NEVER do business with this company again!!
