Philips Electronics North America Complaint - There repair sevice policy
SANFORD, MICHIGAN -- I got my TV on 12/8/06 about a month later it got a bad spot in the upper left corner so i to call Philips for a service center in my area the they said it wold be about two weeks then they came out the guy took 1 look at it said it need this part or this one and it would be about two weeks and they would call when it was in they call and told me that they where coming to fix my TV then they came they said we are here to take your TV back to the shop to fix it and it would be about 10 days. Now I have no TV to take it place or anything so I called Philips customer service to see why they don't give me a loaner TV the guy says there's not any thing they can do it's not there policy. so why should i care about them you spend $1300.00 for a TV and get a lot of WHO CARES ! we got you already HA HA HA ! So this is all I got. I'm done.
