Bose Corporation Complaint - Lifestyle48 is extremely limited
TAMPA, FLORIDA -- Bought my Lifestyle48 just over a year ago. Added approx. 340 of my 600 CD's (The unit is suppose to hold approx 340 hours)and found out my hard drive was full, but it had recorded up to approx 342 hours. No problem. I then start going through the CD's on the hard drive and deleting songs I would rarely listen to. I now have my hard drive down to 329 hours. I still can't record anything else. I call Bose, delete more entire CD's, send it in, get it back in two weeks with the repair ticket stating "hard drive full". I call them back up, send it back in and am finally told there is nothing wrong with my system. Evidentally you can't delete songs off it. The Customer Service agents, although polite, are worthless when it comes to technical issues.
