Holiday Inn Complaint - Ripping off Consumers
ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI -- The Holiday Inn Express-St. Louis,Lafayette Street has management problems, not honoring the reservations price and jacking up the rate when check in occurred. Over the past 5 months of contacting the management at the hotel only a run around that the general manager isn't available and she is the only one with the information, and she never writes or calls back. The corporate owner is very slow to respond and does not follow the simple information given to them. We will not stay at this hotel and will avoid all Holiday Inns because of the misrepresentations we have had from this company. This is owned by Intercontinental Hotel Group and one may want to be wary before using any of their hotels.
