Wired Plastic Complaint - The Worst Customer Service

Review by julierich on 2007-03-15
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- This company is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen. They ignore the customers requests. They take your money and due with it as they please. They torment you to no end. They ignore they're own policy. They simply don't care about thier customers. I advise people not to do business with them.. Believe me it isn't worth it. I have been evicted out of my home because these people have taken my money and hold it so they can collect the interest. Then after 30 days they'll put it back and I'm already screwed. Homeless.PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES.

It better be a fantastic interest rate if they are only holding it for 30 days.... more info on your specific situation please!

1. What request was ignored?
2. How did they "take" your money if you did not give it?
3. What policy did they ignore?
4. How did they get you evicted?
5. How much interest did they make off of you?
6. If they are, in fact, thieves did you file a police report?
As Justusryan and grandma005 have stated....More information is needed!

'Wired Plastic' is a prepaid Visa account. Some of their advertising: 'Bad credit? Denied a Bank Account?' Their home page lists all the charges and annual fees the card costs. I very much doubt Julierich will return to answer questions posed.

Ponie, I just checked the website. Why not just send Bank First 20% of your paycheck and use cash. Looks like it would come out about the same. Why do people get mixed up with those scams? It seems that these type of scams are targeted at poorest people and the banks try to get what little money that poor person has. It is truly a sad state of affairs. I guess this is where "The rich get richer and the poor get poorer." comes from.
