CellSF.com Complaint - Cellsf.com sucks - Samsung WEP170 Bluetooth Wireless headset

LIVERMORE, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered a wireless headset from Samsung cellsf.com almost 2 weeks ago. They charged my account the day after I ordered and I have not heard anything from them since. I have e-mailed them at least 4 times and have gotten no response. Do not buy from cellsf.com!! They will rip you off!!

Some of these smaller shops just don't have the man power to provide the level of service we've all come to expect. I ordered some headphones for my wife (for xmas). They never came on time and my emails were never replied to. Then one day they replied and apologized. Said there was a mixup on my order since they were out of stock, etc. They came through and upgraded my product to the next model (more expensive) for free. So my point it, don't give up on them yet. They may have bad service, but try contacting them a few more times and you might get your phone after all.

Also, try calling them: 925-443-1700 I found this number on their site.

I wish I had read this before I placed an order.
I have the same issue going on here. I ordered March 23rd, the charge hit my credit card on March 26th and as of today April 20th I have no merchandise. Even if they are a small company, the charge should not hit your credit card if the merchandise is not available and they should notify you if your order will not be filled. Ignoring multiple phone and e-mail inquiries is just plain bad business practice.
Sparticus - Thanks for the try but that number has brought me to a voice mail box for 3 weeks now and one time it was full.
