Allstar Muffler And Brakes Complaint - Business Ethics Or The Lack Thereof
SEVIERVILLE, TENNESSEE -- This company over charges for products and service. They are known to misdiagnose vehicle problems and then to charge them for whatever part they put on when in all actuality it is THEIR fault and they should be responsible for the wrong diagnostics. They are known to charge people for a NEW part for their vehicle when in fact they are putting on a rebuilt part which is much less expensive in most cases. The managers of this company are rude to customers when anyone calls about a price for services they would like to have rendered. It is my personal opinion that these people should not be in business. They have no clue on how to properly operate their company with fairness and respect to their customers. They refuse to pay for things that go wrong with the vehicles they are supposed to fix when in fact it ends up worse off than it was when it came into the shop. When confronted by customers they are mean and cuss them and blame the customers or some other unseen circumstance. If they are repairing vehicles and break bolts or wires or whatever the case may be they make the CUSTOMER pay for THEIR mistake saying it was like that when they first looked at it. They are unfair to their employees. For instance you can go there on any given day that if they have a technician there they will sit and watch tv while this one technician has to do all the work. When this technician confronted them about over charging he was dismissed from this company. These people are all supposed to be certified technicians in various areas when in fact they are not. They have been reported also to the Better Business Bureau for this area for their company malpractices.
