Fox Chevrolet Baltimore Complaint - 3 Strikes and your OUT!

Review by Neveragain82 on 2007-03-16
WOODLAWN/BALTIMORE, MARYLAND -- My mother and her friend both purchased used cars at Fox Chevy Baltimore. My mom- a Chevy Malibu and her friend- a Chevy Trailblazer. They were both nice looking cars and they got a great deal so my husband and I decided to hop on the bandwagon and we bought our 2003 Chrysler Town & Country. My husband fell in love with it and convinced me to love it too. Just a few days after the warranty expired (30 days) the service light came on. then the problems began, weird noises, rough riding, etc. We were not the only one. My mothers light came on and so did her friends'. Come to find out they did just enough inspection and repair just to sell it! leaving us with the task of having to make costly repairs instead of them just selling a quality vehicle(s). Needless to say I am truly upset. So now not only am I stuck with an expensive mess (the monthly payments and now repair bills) but also the responsibility of warning others! That is 3 cars they sold in all having the same issue of poor quality, Coincidence... I think not!

When you buy a used car you can expect repairs. Nobody gets rid of a good used car. If you have a used car that you know that something is about to go wrong on or you know something is wrong what do you do? Why you take it to a dealer and trade it in of course.

Nobody has the ability to fix a car to last just until the warranty expires. At least not consistently.

well i didnt buy my used car from them, but i bought a 2003 sunfire... and (*cross my fingers*) i have not had any problems yet, although no one can really expect a used car to be perfect!!
