ezinkjets.com Complaint - Bad ink jet cartridges/bad company
22920, VIRGINIA -- I ordered 28 ink cartridges and more than half were bad. The ones I thought were fine were bad as well. Some came damaged or didn't work at all. I sent the bad ones back for an exchange as they requested with their form and waited for my new ink. After a month or so I tried to contact the company. The number they give you on their invoice doesn't work. When you finally get a person on the phone they give you the run around. I told them I sent back ink and they said they got lost in the mail because they did not receive them. I requested an exchange and got no response. I asked for a refund and still haven't gotten anywhere. They keep telling me another story. This all began in October of 2006 and I am still waiting for my refund. It is March 2007. Help me get my $ back!
