Orbitz Complaint - Orbitz CEO should be forced to wait on phones like customers do.
From a computer system that pops in the wrong date at the final invoicing, to the five calls and 2 hours on the phone to get a human being, to the lies their agent tells you about no fees at all due to the problems I was nearly driven nuts. Then she transfers me to a sales agent to repurchase my ticket with a 45 minute wait to get a busy signal finally. Two more calls with busy signals. Then I get a dude that is so unhelpful and blames it on the snow on the east coast. Ok, have a plan Orbitz... ask for numbers and call your customers back when it clears up. And when your computer system is going down don't tell me that I will not get charged the fee for the date problem and then email me a fee of $13 per ticket within the hour. Especially when your agent told me no, absolutely no fees will be charged. What a messed up business plan, this is another company that should just shut its doors as it serves absolutely no purpose. Never again will my company, me or my family use this terrible company for tickets, rental cars... and I am spreading the news with a huge sign at my trade shows that I produce. Wait till over 150,000 people go past my huge Orbitz Cheats, Steals and Drive Customers Insane sign.
