Phillips magnavox Complaint - Poor tv, poor service

OHIO -- Purchased magnovox 32in lcd tv from SEARS feb 06, started haveing trouble with screen going black in left and right side. called sears, came out on feb l said need a new screen which they would order. get this the set cost l,000. and a replacement screen is 4,500. been on back order since feb l. cant seem to find a screen. sears is not honoring extended warrenty and magnovox says warrenty was up in feb. doesnt matter that ive been waiting six weeks for a tv. i would not recommend buying a magnavox tv or purchasing from sears. nobody seems to want to make this right. this set hasnt even been watched that much. and now it isnt watchable at all. i think we are going to have to sue magnavox and sears to get this thing fixed.
